4月20日で気になった記事は以下の通りです．
インドネシア，インフラ開発に民間資金活用
自分がこれから留学するインドネシアでのインフラ投資に関する記事．インフラ投資を政府資金ではなく，民間資本で取り行うことにはメリットもデメリットも存在します．メリットとしては，民間が競争しながら事業を行うことで，競争効果が出ること．そして，それらの事業によって民間に利益が回り，政府にとっても大量の資金を使わなくてよくなる等が挙げられます．一方デメリットとしては，公益性の高い事業であるものの，資金に不足があるという理由で実行できないことや，一つの案件に非常に多額の資金が必要となるため，それだけリスクが大きいことなどがあります．これらのメリット，デメリットを考えたうえで，民間と政府の資金調達のバランスを今後とも考えていくことが求められると考えられます．インドネシアは今後も日本の重要なパートナー国であり続けると考えられ，インフラ整備を含め，様々な面でどのように協力し合うかを考えていくことが重要となると考えられます．

Some digital products and technologies are surrounding our living in these years, and such technologies will have an ability to provide more convinient lifestyle. So far, smartphone is the leading device of them, but emergence of some new products such as digital home assistants will accelate the integrations between our dairy life and digital technologies more. Hense, some works or activities would be replaced by technologies automatically in the surrounding and we can focus on what we want to do. The concerns and problems are about information security which has been paid attention these days. On the other hand, from the view points of market, these information can be contributed to understand the spational activities and predict the human behavior. Thus, it will contribute to improve the quolity of the technologies. It is neccesary to consider the usage and security of information after paying attentions to the risks and contributions.
